Petra Mace has a background in cheerleading, competitive bodybuilding, and fitness coaching. When she sustained injuries during two motor vehicle accidents, her world changed. Petra realized she needed to slow down and learn how to listen to her body.

 

 

That’s when she took a break from coaching. During her hiatus, Petra became a mom and embraced family life. She learned how to balance a personal workout routine with full-time parenting. But, something was missing. She’d left her passion on the sideline.

 

 Fitness coaching is Petra’s calling. Bringing her experience as a mom to the table, her mission is to empower women to feel and look their best. With POWER by Petra, she’s ready to share everything she’s learned about fitting high-intensity workouts into a realistic lifestyle.
